Really helped with my heartburn and bloating… it started working almost immediately ..
After a week I do feel less sugar cravings but it surely goes with discipline and balance eating plan

I decided to only review Muti Life after a full three month trial in order to give a fair review. At first I didn't feel different but after about three weeks I felt good inside of me. Just a general better feeling than I had before. About a month or si in I noticed that my blood sugars were acceptable every morning, even if I had cheated. Then I noticed people around me were getting colds etc. I wasn't. I ordered my next batch and had to order enough for hubby too. He dislikes apple cider vinegar but has seen the difference it is making to me! I will stick to my Muti Life!
