Refund policy

Returns: 
You may return any MUTI product within 30 days of purchase if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. 
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds: 
Refunds will be processed within 10 days after the returned product is inspected and deemed eligible. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
 
Exchanges: 
If you wish to exchange a product, it must be returned within 30 days. The product should be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. 
Exchanges are subject to product availability. 
 
Non-Refundable Items: 
Any opened or used products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt. 
Products purchased on sale or clearance are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.
